Installation Instructions
1. If Adobe Audition 3.0 is running, close the program. 
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to your computer. 
3. Copy the GraphicPhase.dll file into the Plug-ins folder in the Audition 3.0 directory. This is usually "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Audition 3.0\Plug-ins" if C:\ is your main hard drive and you didn't install Audition into a custom directory. 
4. Launch Audition and click on Effects>Refresh Effects List. 
5. Once the effects list completes its refresh, you will see the effect listed under Effects>Stereo Imagery>Graphic Phase Shifter
